PEI's President, Lee Cecchi, has over thirty years experience in atypical and standard testing at pulp & paper mills and refineries. Total Reduced Sulfur (TRS) by gas chromatography in the field (EPA Method 16) is Lee's specialty.

Qualifications
Our personnel at PEI have tested emissions on recovery furnaces, lime kilns, smelt dissolving tanks, power boilers, digester surge tanks, brown stock washers, filtrate tanks, calciners, etc.
PEI personnel also have experience in testing storage tanks and vessels to determine upper and lower flammability limits (UFL and LFL)
